1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ctt999 website accessible at ctt999.org, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, and services offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform through the ctt999 Login process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional funds, free spins, free bets, or other incentive balances credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, as currently supported by the Platform for deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Game Rules" means the individual rules applicable to each casino game, slot, fishing game, crash game, or sports betting market available on the Platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the ctt999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ctt999 strictly enforces a minimum age policy and will not permit any individual under 21 to hold or operate an Account.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform suspended, restricted, or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ctt999, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where accessing the Platform would constitute a criminal offence.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the ctt999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for Account suspension and termination.

ctt999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ctt999 may result in Account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ctt999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your ctt999 Account are typically credited in real time or within a few minutes depending on your chosen payment method. ctt999 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits before initiating transactions.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ctt999 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframe communicated in the cashier section. Withdrawal requests may be declined if KYC verification is incomplete or if the withdrawal does not comply with applicable bonus Terms.
• Payment Method Consistency: ctt999 operates a policy of returning funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Currency: All displayed amounts, balances, wagers, and winnings are denominated in PKR. ctt999 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ctt999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bets, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Each promotion is available only to eligible Players as defined in the specific promotional terms. Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be shared between Accounts.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus credits and real-money balance may be used in a defined sequence. Where a Player holds both bonus credits and a real-money Balance, the Platform will apply them in accordance with the order specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• ctt999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have commenced satisfying wagering requirements in good faith.
• Systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of bonus credits and associated winnings.
• No Player may hold more than one active welcome bonus. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate Accounts constitutes fraud and will be treated as such.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The ctt999 Platform offers casino games (including live dealer tables, slots, fishing arcade games, and crash games) and sports betting markets (including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and virtual sports). The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting activity:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. ctt999 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify a confirmed bet except where explicitly permitted by the specific Game Rules or where a manifest technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or platform error during a game or bet, ctt999 will apply its standard error resolution procedure. The Platform's internal records and game server logs constitute the authoritative record of game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game and betting market are displayed within the game interface. ctt999 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets are governed by specific sports betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Settlement of bets follows the rules applicable at the time the bet was placed.
• All casino games on the ctt999 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent and neither ctt999 nor any third party can predict or influence individual results.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games are determined by the respective game providers and are available upon request from our support team.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ctt999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software designed to provide an unfair advantage in gameplay or betting.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share hands in live poker, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit bonus systems.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing or any corrupt activity affecting the outcome of sports events on which bets are placed through ctt999.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial purpose.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts simultaneously or after a previous Account has been closed for breach of Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or payment information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing inefficiencies in a manner that is clearly beyond the scope of legitimate play.
• Sharing your Account access with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ctt999 Platform — including but not limited to the ctt999 brand name, logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of ctt999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the ctt999 brand name or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from ctt999.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from any part of the Platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ctt999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ctt999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ctt999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ctt999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ctt999 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All Platform communications are protected by TLS encryption. Player funds are maintained in segregated accounts separate from ctt999's operational funds.

ctt999 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third parties where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

ctt999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

ctt999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ctt999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• The Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The Player is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.
• The Player has engaged in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating.
• Closure is required to comply with a regulatory obligation, court order, or law enforcement request.

Upon Account closure for breach of Terms, ctt999 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any legitimate Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Bonus Credits are non-refundable upon Account closure for any reason.

Players may voluntarily close their Accounts at any time by contacting ctt999 via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded via the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC verification.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ctt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — ctt999 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

Your continued use of the ctt999 Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ctt999 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and ctt999 relating to the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email. ctt999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the prescribed period, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by ctt999's licensing authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
